Art & Craft and Educational Aids exhibition was held in the month of December 2018. This gave the students an opportunity to exhibit their two years hard work, on making of Teaching Aids and Art & Craft items. The hidden potentials of creativity and originality was brought into light and was highly appreciated by all.

The class project for the 1st year students 2018 was on “Nursery Rhymes”. Language developement is of prime importance in a Nursery Class and Nursery Rhymes is an integral part of teaching vocabulary. It helps devcelop the students early literacy skills in language and communication.
The 2nd year students did a project on “Sarees of Bengal”. This project had been chosen to enable the students to know more about their state attire, its origin, tecniques, innovation, outreach etc.
The winter project for the 1st year was on “Old Age Homes”, tThis topic has been shortlisted for developing awareness in the present generation. Todays generation needs to understand the values of responsibility, love and care for the older generation. Trainees will get to know the inmates, their life as a boarder of an old age home. This project will definitely be a life changing experience for the trainees.
Inter-class drawing competition was also held in the month of May, 2018. The theme was on ”Music of Rain”.
The trainee teachers presented “Kobi Pronam” on Rabindra Jayanti which showcased a melody of Tagore’s songs and dances.
A special programme was organized by the senior batch of students in April 2018 to “Welcome the freshers, and the junior batch of students organized the “Farewell” programme for the outgoing batch of 2017-2018. On Teachers’ Day the students put up a programme of song, dance and skit to entertain the teachers which was followed by lunch.
The 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi was celebrated through a skit, patriotic songs and dance.

Christmas programme was held on the closing day of Winter Vacation. Carols were sung and a skit on the birth of Christ was put up by the trainee teachers
Our College picnic was organized in the month of December.
